Protection for Your PV System
When PV systems backfeed to the utility grid, the ECpv controller can be configured to activate relay outputs on the Pilot power meter. This relay can trip the breaker or contactor installed before the PV plant, effectively disconnecting it and protecting your installation.
Reliable Operation with Generators
In setups involving gensets, if PV generation causes reverse power flow to the generators, the ECpv can be set to trigger relay outputs on the Pilot power meter. This relay can disconnect the PV plant by tripping the breaker or contactor, ensuring safe and efficient operation
